Welcome
to the Wyndsor Estates Homeowner’s Association website. Situated
in the northeast area of Richardson, Texas, Wyndsor Estates
is an appealing, family-focused community consisting of 465
single-family homes. Built by the Centex Corporation mostly in the
1990’s, the homes are intermingled with extensive common areas,
and surround an exemplary Plano Independent School District
elementary school, along with a large playground and park. The
neighborhood is adjacent to Richardson’s 357 acre Breckenridge
Park, and is a short drive from both Lake Lavon and Lake Ray
Hubbard. The
Homeowner's Association (HOA) is managed by Principal Management Group
(PMG) and is directed by a volunteer Board of Directors and committee
chairpersons. Homeowners
are encouraged to get involved and express opinions and
desires to the Board or to PMG directly. The HOA
is funded by quarterly-paid dues, which pays for the
maintenance and updating of our extensive common areas
and social events throughout the year. Breckenridge Park consists
of 357 acres of rolling hills and ponds, and is situated
just to the west of Wyndsor Estates off of Brand Road. It includes
three pavilions, 29 picnic tables, 11 benches, 16 soccer fields,
playground equipment, a 10-acre lake, over 4 miles of
walking trails, restrooms, native wildflowers and wildlife. Wyndsor
Estates homeowners enjoy the park throughout the year during sporting
events, concerts, and walking or biking for fun and exercise.
