New Murphy Marketplace
A new $60
million retail complex developed by Langford Property Co. is scheduled
to open in early 2008 in Murphy at Murphy Road and 544.
The 48-acre complex will be anchored by a Sprouts Farmers
Market grocery store, Lowes home improvement and 24 Hour Fitness.
The
retail buildings will be constructed with a series of small parks and
landscaped pedestrian trails. Demand
for retail space is so strong that Langford Property Co. is
negotiating to acquire an additional 28 acres.
They are also working on plans for townhomes on part of the
property.
